Will qualified as a pharmacist from the University of East Anglia three years ago and has been building his travel health expertise ever since, joining the Day Lewis Downham team on Bromley Road around two years ago.

His approach to travel health consultations goes well beyond the standard “which vaccines do you need?” conversation. “A lot of people come in thinking about vaccinations and nothing else,” Will explains, “but for many destinations, malaria prevention, traveller’s diarrhoea, and altitude sickness are just as important — sometimes more so. A good travel health consultation should cover all of it.”

Away from the pharmacy, Will is a devoted Crystal Palace supporter and has spent much of 2026 exploring Europe following the team — which means he knows first-hand how important it is to be travel-ready at short notice.
